Hack-I love your thoughts on that word. I've been thinking a lot about how we use words and how many of the words are so violent, aggressive and assertive in nature..slay, kill, squash, and of course hack, as you point out. I try to be aware of the energy underneath the words-it's really interesting to ponder (I think!). Great post, thank you.

I loved your sadness chapter, and I'm so glad you continued pulling the thread here. I haven't been able to put my finger on what I find so empty (and annoying tbh) about the wellness bros, but I think you helped me see it better here.
The fall is grief season according to Traditional Chinese Medicine and many other indigenous wisdom traditions. It sounds like the perfect time to delve into our sadness, both individually and collectively. Thanks for the reminders.
