As unpopular as this will most likely be, I feel compelled to say it. All that you stated about Harris, I can also see in Trump. Perhaps it is all in the way we absorb/perceive another’s words or language idioms. Perhaps it’s generational. Preconceived notions and mistakes exist in each of us. It seems most of us want peaceful resolutions and acceptance of all humanity. The methods by which we attain that result is the dividing line and needs to be understood. Working together as one country where diversity and differences began its existence set us on a difference course than most other countries. Wanting change for the better is what most caring people hope to attain. What constitutes “better” is a matter of individual perception. Neither candidate represents an ideal to me, nor to many others I’m sure. Endorsing one over the other is just judgmental and presumptuous. Individuals need to trust themselves to do what they think is right regardless if it deviates from the whole or not.
