The Law of Resonance
A Q&A with Carla Schwiderski, one of my go-to energy healers, on how to choose response-ability over fear.
I met Carla Schwiderski many years ago through a series of very strange synchronicities. I had heard about Carla, as she’s the symbolic adopted daughter of one of my dear friends, but we hadn’t met in the flesh—that is, until I fell off a horse, broke my neck in two places, and developed what was eventually diagnosed as lymphocytic colitis the night I finally went to the hospital to get my neck checked out. While my neck healed quickly, my gut did not, and I was still in a fair amount of distress many months later. My friend told me I should really see Carla, and feeling desperate, I thought, Well, I don’t know what an energy healer can do for acute GI distress, but why not? I’d done all the things already—tons of tests, a colonoscopy—and my very Western, very lovely gastroenterologist wanted me to sit tight in lieu of taking steroids and potentially creating more issues or dysbiosis down the road. After all, it seemed to be trauma triggered so he hoped I could manage through and that it would eventually improve. Meanwhile, I felt terrible. I gave Carla my information on a Friday and we scheduled a visit for the following Wednesday. That Saturday, I took my oldest to a surf lesson and for the first time in months, didn’t need to stop on the drive to Malibu to find a bathroom—nor did I visit the bathrooms at the beach (never a great experience).
Strange, I thought. That afternoon, I had the energy to go on a long walk in my neighborhood. Weird, I thought. Maybe I’m finally on the other side of this. I guess I don’t need Carla after all.
When Carla came over that Wednesday, I felt completely fine—myself again.
“What’s your process?” I asked, before telling her how I was feeling.
“Well,” she replied. “My parents back in Brazil and I put you in “the hospital” on Saturday morning and worked on you. You should have started to feel much better, but we can do more work today—and I want to clear your home.”
I haven’t had an issue since.
I talked about this experience during my podcast conversation with Satya Doyle Byock the other week, and my Instagram DM’s blew up with questions about Carla. I also told the story of my dad’s experience with Carla, which was similarly quick and miraculous. Satya knows my dad, as we grew up together in Missoula, Montana, where our fathers were both physicians (her father is a big figure in the palliative care universe, and is one of Noah Wylie’s inspirations for The Pitt). While Satya and I got together to chat about Carl Jung and synchronicity, much of our conversation ended up being about expanding the paradigm of healing to include our tried-and-true Western modalities and interventions (yay science!), as well as the capacity to explore whether some issues that show up in the physical/material might also be rooted in the emotional, mental, spiritual, or energetic body. I don’t think that any of these systems are mutually exclusive: We simply need a larger tent, a wider aperture, and a paradigm that can contain all of it. All of the healers and doctors I work with, whether trained in a Western, Eastern, or some other approach, feel this way. In fact, I am very wary of certainty and avoid any healer or doctor who insists that they’ve got a lock on truth and reality and/or that their approach is the only way—I’m here for team work, not dismissiveness, on either side. (I’m working on a longer newsletter about this, but in the interim, Satya wrote this: “Synchronicity, Science, and the Search for Meaning.”)
But back to Carla, or “Auntie Carla,” as my kids call her. (She’s a frequent guest at our house for painting and trampoline sessions.) When I first met her many years ago, I told her she had an open invitation to do a Q&A with me—this week, she felt like it was finally time. As of Friday, Carla has a website and has come out in the open to answer all of my questions. Her answers were well worth the wait.
There’s a lot of wisdom here and hopefully some calming words about dark(er) energies that can attach themselves to our fields and wreak havoc on our equilibrium and health. As she explains, quite beautifully:
What many refer to as “dense energies,” “spirits of darkness,” or “negative forces,” are, in essence, consciousnesses in suffering—disembodied intelligences who, being disconnected from the axis of moral evolution, vibrate at frequencies misaligned with universal harmony. They are, so to speak, distanced from the light, but not excluded from it. As divine sparks, these beings are also guided by the Law of Progress, even if they are momentarily immersed in the denser regions of their own psyche.
There is no such thing as eternal evil. There are only beings at different stages of spiritual maturation. Shadow is not substance; it is absence. The spirit who today is enveloped in density may, tomorrow, become a messenger of light. Darkness is always a passage, never a destination.
In moments like this, where it feels like darkness is cresting all around us, she reminds us to breathe through our fear and to hold ourselves at a vibration that these clusters of dense energy can’t match. The way Carla understands the world and energy that’s outside our immediate awareness aligns with all the other masters I’ve had the pleasure to meet and work with in my life. (Including Prune Harris, who has been a guest on the podcast: “Understanding Your Energy.”)
There are a lot of ways to work with Carla, which she explains below—most importantly, there’s work for each of us to do on ourselves. We don’t necessarily need a healer to restore our energy, or to take responsibility for what we’re putting into the world. As she explains, “Do not be afraid—be awake. Just as we do not fear illness but take care to build a healthy immune system, so too must we build a resilient soul.”
Okay, here we go.
Q: How do you describe the healing work that you and your family do?
A: As a sacred dialogue between worlds.
At AuraCare, our work begins not with the body, nor the symptom, but with the invisible architecture of reality—the subtle, vibrating field where health, thought, emotion, and destiny originate.
We enter the space beyond the seen—a realm that science is just beginning to glimpse, but that ancient traditions have long recognized as the source of all manifestation. It is within this energetic substratum, this pulsating matrix of frequencies and forms, that our true work unfolds.
Our mission is to understand what your reality looks like in the invisible realm. Through refined sensory perception, mediumistic channeling, and guided communion with benevolent spiritual intelligences, we attune to the imprints, distortions, and potentials within your energetic field. Every encounter is unique. Every session is a dialogue—not only with you, but with the Source, with the blueprint of your soul, and with the patterns that quietly shape your lived experience.
We do not heal; we facilitate vibrational realignment. We are bridges—between science and spirit, tradition and innovation, matter and mystery. Whether through spiritual journeys, in which we are guided by a higher spiritual team that oversees and mentors the treatment process, or through the science of Radiesthesia, which allows us to map, decode, and transmute energetic convergences of beings and environments, our approach is both reverent and methodical.
Our Methodology is not guesswork—it is the precise art of measuring the intangible, of translating frequency into understanding, and then guiding that frequency back into harmony. Alongside this, we employ a constellation of techniques, each one chosen and guided by the needs of the field—not by protocol, but by perception.
At its essence, our work is the configuration of the vibrational state. We listen to what the field reveals. We collaborate with intelligences beyond this plane. We open bridges of understanding, reestablishing coherence between soul and self, past and present, individual and environment.
In every treatment, our purpose is not simply to alleviate discomfort, but to support the restoration of spiritual sovereignty—to help each person return to the integrity of their original design, their true essence.
Because true healing does not begin with the symptom. It begins in the field—in the unseen frequencies that give rise to every thought, every cell, every circumstance.
And so, we serve:
As mediators between frequencies.
As guardians of coherence.
As listeners, translators, and witnesses of the truth your soul is ready to remember.
In this sacred work, we hold the firm belief: energy never lies. And when the field is heard, honored, and realigned, healing becomes not only possible, but inevitable.
Q: How do you describe the healing work that you and your family do?
A: I was born in Brazil — a land of spiritual pulses as diverse as its forests, rivers, and peoples. A country where the visible and the invisible coexist, interwoven into a living tapestry of ancestral knowledge, spiritual philosophies, and vibrational science. Here, spirituality is not an exception; it is a foundation, a language, an atmosphere. And it was in this soil, nourished by mystery and memory, that my lineage took form.
My origin is both intimate and collective. I was born into a consecrated home, where the unseen was treated with reverence, where the sacred was part of daily life. I am the granddaughter of an Indigenous woman whose wisdom came not from books, but from the land, the seasons, and the winds. My parents—deeply sensitive mediums, researchers of subtle sciences, Reiki Masters, and philanthropic healers—turned our home into a silent temple of healing and deep listening. I grew up surrounded by rituals, channelings, healing sessions, and spiritual studies. It was an initiatory childhood, not merely observational, but immersive.
My formation unfolded within what I would call a “contemporary tribe”—a living spiritual circle where mediumship, service, philanthropy and inner development were practiced in unity. There, I learned that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about bearing witness with presence and unveiling what is hidden—with love, precision, and attunement.
My methodology cannot be credited to a single tradition. It is a living synthesis, the result of decades of applied spiritual practice, forged at the intersection of tradition and revelation. It is transdisciplinary, spiritual, scientific, and sensory—and deeply embodied. I walk between Radiesthesia and Shamanism, between Reiki and Geobiology, between Spiritism and Radionics, between the silence of stones and the listening of morphic fields. These are ancestral knowledges in dialogue with the energetic intelligence of the present, refined through constant mediumistic listening and through the reading of vibrational patterns that sustain bodies, minds, spaces, and destinies.
What I offer is not a protocol. It is a field. A space of restoration where each being is read in their energetic wholeness, and every therapeutic step is guided by spiritual intelligence and technical precision. It is indeed a work of vibrational realignment—but also one of reconnection with the origin. With that which cannot be taught, only remembered.
My lineage is not a doctrine. It is a frequency. A field of presence carried through generations, refined through study, service, and profound inner listening.
And so I serve—translating frequencies, mediating worlds, anchoring in the here and now the codes of an invisible reality that pulses to be revealed.
Q: You use a lot of water in your healings—why is water important?
A: Water is the prime conductor of Bioenergetic Forces.
Water is not just something we drink—it’s the foundation of life and one of the most powerful carriers of energy on Earth.
Scientifically, water has a unique structure. Because of its polarity and high dielectric constant, it can absorb, store, and transmit frequencies—almost like a natural recording system. It responds to sound, to intention, to emotion. When you speak to it, bless it, or pray over it, you are not just performing a ritual—you are actually changing its energetic blueprint.
Spiritually, water is seen as a living intelligence—a being that listens. Many ancient traditions have known what science is only beginning to confirm: that water holds memory. In shamanism and energy healing, we see water as a sacred ally—one that can carry prayers, balance energy fields, and restore harmony to the body and soul.
When we bless water with healing intent, it becomes structured—encoded with the vibration we offer. And when we drink this water, or use it in ceremony, it speaks to our cells, our spirit, and our energetic field. It reminds us of balance, flow, and connection.
So, before you drink, pause.
Place your glass of water in front of your prayers.
Speak gently. Offer your intent.
Wait… and trust.
The water is listening — and it will carry your message into every part of you.
Q: You spend a lot of time clearing physical spaces—why does energy get stuck or stagnate? How can you tell if a space needs to be cleared? Is there any way we can do this ourselves?
A: Because true healing begins where you dwell.
True healing is never isolated!
In our quest to heal the human being, we must first look beyond the body—beyond symptoms, traumas, and diagnoses—and ask a more subtle, powerful question:
What is the vibrational condition of the space this person inhabits?
Just as the psyche stores emotion and the body holds trauma, the spaces we live in carry invisible imprints—echoes of past memories, unresolved conflicts, ancestral memories, and emotional residues suspended in the air, absorbed by the walls, embedded in the floor, and in objects.
Energy flows, resonates, and evolves. When it moves freely, spaces feel alive and nurturing. When it stagnates, it crystallizes into heaviness, anxiety, and dis-ease. This unseen energy is shaped by the memories and emotions of past inhabitants, by spiritual presences lingering unseen, and by natural forces deep within the Earth itself.
The vibrational health of the environments we inhabit plays a crucial role in our overall well-being, particularly in spaces where we spend prolonged periods—typically from three to 12 hours daily. Many individuals seeking healing for complex physical, mental, and emotional imbalances are often unaware that their external environment may be a silent yet significant contributor to their struggles—spaces where people feel inexplicably heavy, anxious, or perpetually unwell. We discover environments that carry unspoken grief, lingering pain, or even the influence of non-embodied presences.
Beneath our feet, telluric currents and fault lines pulse with subtle power. Above, geomagnetic and electromagnetic fields dance and clash, and spiritual disturbances silently impact our sleep, our immunity, our thoughts—even our fate, often in ways science has yet to fully understand. Many mysterious illnesses and chronic symptoms can trace their roots back to these silent disturbances, echoing through the spaces we call home.
This is the primordial work we perform: The Medicine of Habitat.
We do not simply clear energy—we consecrate environments, transforming ordinary places into sacred temples. Through vibrational recalibration and energetic realignment, we reshape the resonance of your space, freeing it from burdens of the past and reconnecting it to its original harmony.
A profound discipline that merges ancient wisdom with the precision of modern geobiology, radiesthesia, and quantum science. It recognizes that no therapy can fully succeed if the very space that surrounds you is out of balance.
We have seen it: Individuals afflicted by strange, persistent symptoms—fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, or existential weight—whose lab results return “normal.” Doctors call it stress, or worse, psychosomatic. But these are often not conditions of the body—they are the echoes of a space out of harmony, transmitted into the human field.
During one investigation, we discovered that a patient was sleeping directly above a telluric fault line—a zone of intense geopathic stress—with her head aligned in the path of its most disruptive current. This subtle yet powerful energetic interference was not only disturbing her sleep, but continuously impacting her nervous system. Cases like this are far from rare. In fact, we witness them daily—and they often reveal the hidden roots of persistent emotional imbalances, unexplained fatigue, and even chronic illnesses that defy conventional diagnosis.
Over the past decade, we’ve helped resolve countless situations where individuals suffered from mysterious symptoms—persistent fatigue, anxiety, depression, autoimmune flares, or cognitive fog—with no apparent medical explanation. Again and again, the missing link was found in the vibrational blueprint of the space they inhabited.
Now, transitioning beyond the realm of Earth’s resonance, we ascend into the subtler dimensions shaped by spiritual influences
Let us now enter a sacred and often uncomfortable truth: The world of spiritual influence is not distant — it is intimate. It lives within the resonance of our everyday lives.
And here, we must remember a fundamental law that governs both matter and spirit:
The Law of Resonance.
Everything vibrates.
Everything emits a frequency—and that frequency attracts matching vibrations from the unseen realms.
This includes spiritual entities—luminous or obsessive—who follow the patterns we carry.
They are not random visitors. They are drawn by affinity, by habit, by energetic permission.
So this is a moment to reflect, not with guilt—but with honesty.
How do you live within your environment?
Is your home a temple of peace or a battlefield of noise, fights and unrest?
Do arguments, emotional explosions, or unspoken resentments dominate the space?
What becomes habitual in the environment becomes magnetic.
Are substances like alcohol, drugs, or compulsive behaviors used to escape rather than heal?
These patterns distort your resonance—and open portals to low-vibration companions.
Do you open spiritual gateways carelessly, invoking forces without grounding, protection, or wisdom?
Remember: where intention goes, energy flows—and doors once opened must be navigated with clarity.
Do you carry sadness, depression, or despair without seeking light?
These are human emotions, yes—but when prolonged without spiritual care, they attract shadows.
And finally: how do you nourish your spiritual field? Your inner altar?
Does your home breathe prayer, beauty, gratitude, and conscious connection? Or has the sacred been forgotten?
This is not a message of fear—it is a call to spiritual responsibility.
You are not a victim of invisible forces—you are a co-creator of your spiritual environment.
Your thoughts, your words, your choices, your rituals…
All of them tune your vibration—and that vibration becomes your spiritual address.
So ask yourself, with courage and love:
What kind of spirits do I resonate with?
What kind of world am I inviting in, just by being who I am, moment by moment?
Because just as lower entities are drawn to distortion, higher presences—guides, protectors, healers—are magnetized by truth, serenity, intention, and light.
Choose wisely. Cleanse often. Invoke with reverence.
Feed your soul the way you would feed a sacred flame.
Once you begin to understand the invisible architecture of resonance—your perception of your environment is forever altered. And in moments where heaviness, confusion, or inexplicable disturbances emerge, you are not powerless. You are being invited to act, to realign, to remember the ancient practices that humans have long used to harmonize their dwellings.
Common Signs of Energetic Dissonance in Your Space
1. Persistent Fatigue or Emotional Swings
You wake up tired, or feel suddenly anxious or melancholic in specific parts of your home?
2. A Sense of Heaviness or Stagnation
Some rooms feel thick, as if weighed down by invisible residue. Even when clean and well-lit, something “unseen” lingers. This density is often the result of psychic buildup—emotional events, trauma, or historic tension that has imprinted the atmosphere.
3. Recurring Health Disturbances
Insomnia, migraines, chronic gut issues or lowered immunity that elude diagnosis could be symptoms of vibrational disharmony or geopathic stress—distortions in the Earth’s natural energy grid.
4. Mental Fog and Cognitive Disruption
Your home should be your temple, but what if it clouds your thinking? Difficulty focusing, creative blocks, and emotional instability may stem from energetic clutter that interrupts your mental clarity.
5. Plants and Pets as Frequency Sensors
Animals and plants perceive what we often miss. Pets may avoid certain corners or act oddly. Plants may wither without reason. These beings mirror the invisible frequencies permeating your space.
Unexplained Noises: Whispers, knocks, or footsteps with no origin.
Temperature Shifts: Cold spots or hot zones that defy physics.
Moving Objects: Items that disappear or reappear in strange places.
Psychic Imprints: That eerie feeling of being watched. Emotional waves that don’t belong to you.
Visual Disturbances: Shadows, flashes, or “something” at the edge of your vision.
Electrical Malfunctions: Lights flicker. Devices glitch. Patterns emerge.
Sleep Disruptions: Night terrors, paralysis, or repeated wakefulness at liminal hours.
Animal Reactions: Pets barking at empty rooms or hiding from invisible stimuli.
These phenomena are not superstition—they are signals.
MY RECOMMENDATIONS:
Sound: The Invisible Architect of Form
Sound is one of the most primordial tools of creation. Frequencies such as 432 Hz or 528 Hz are not just pleasant tones—they are coherent vibrational patterns that reprogram the electromagnetic field of a space. Classical music, sacred chants, or instrumental compositions can dissolve energetic stagnation and restore coherence to the room, much like tuning a dissonant instrument.
Smoke: The Sacred Messenger of Intention
The act of burning herbs—be it sage, palo santo, or local medicinal plants—is not merely symbolic. When combined with clear, focused intention, the smoke becomes a vehicle for transformation. It penetrates corners, permeates walls, and carries your conscious desire for purification into the energetic substrate of the environment. The key lies in presence: it is not the herb alone that purifies, but your will expressed through it.
Ritual: A Conversation with the Spirit of the Home
Start your mornings not in haste, but in reverence. Bless your space aloud, greet it as you would a wise elder or a dear friend. Open the windows, let the sun speak through the air, and allow the energy of peace and renewal to enter. This is not superstition—it is science dressed in poetry. The voice carries electromagnetic intention, and sunlight is the original healer.
Nature: Crystalline Allies and Living Filters
Bring nature indoors. Crystals are not ornamental—they are crystalline memory devices, absorbing and emitting specific frequencies. Plants, too, are vibrational beings; they modulate the biofield of a room, converting dense or chaotic energy into life-sustaining vitality. Treat them not as decoration, but as companions in your stewardship.
Order: The Geometry of Spirit
A clean, uncluttered space breathes. Chaos in the environment reflects and reinforces chaos in the mind. Accumulated objects, especially those inherited or acquired without intention, can carry energetic signatures of past owners or events. Before introducing such items into your sacred space, allow them to bask in sunlight or moonlight for at least half a day. This process is an energetic reset—an offering of neutrality before reactivation.
Understanding this sacred relationship is not just about rearranging furniture or burning sage—it’s about reclaiming your space as an extension of your consciousness. A mirror. A temple.
Q: You also use crystals, and/or clear objects and space in the home—how do crystals, and everyday objects, carry energy? Is there a way to clean them on our own?
A: Imagine your home not as a static collection of objects, but as a living field of frequencies—a silent architecture of energy, where every item, every crystal, every artifact hums with memory and intent.
In this vibratory realm, nothing is inert.
Crystals, polished and raw, are more than geological beauty—they are precision instruments. They receive, store, amplify, and transmit energy. Like tuning forks for consciousness, they resonate with the subtle fields around them, shaping the emotional and energetic climate of your space.
But it is not only crystals that hold this power.
Every object in your environment—be it a treasured gift, a second-hand sculpture, or a forgotten relic—bears an imprint. These imprints are frequencies encoded by thought, emotion, history, and even architecture. Some uplift. Others stagnate. The influence is invisible, yet tangible—affecting mood, sleep, vitality, even the clarity of thought.
Over time, these energetic residues accumulate, forming an unseen sediment of experience. Your home becomes a mirror of memory. A silent archive. A space of influence.
To cleanse is not simply to purify. It is to re-sanctify.
Through ancient and modern methodologies—Radionics, Radiesthesia, sacred herbs, salt, lunar light, and sound—we restore resonance. We release what clings and cloud, and reprogram matter into harmony. Crystals regain their clarity. Objects shed the stories they no longer need to hold. The space breathes anew.
Even the simplest act—placing an object under moonlight, passing it through sacred smoke, or encircling it with intentional sound—can recalibrate its field. Intention becomes alchemy. Matter becomes mutable.
Crystals, when mapped through Radiesthesia, reveal a subtle science of energetic amplification. Acting as antennas, they can anchor coherence into a space, balancing the geomagnetic tensions, emotional dissonances, or spiritual noise that may linger unseen. This is not mysticism alone—it is the applied art of energetic design.
The Conscious Shaping of Space
To engage with the energy of objects is to reclaim your role as steward of your environment. You are not a passive dweller—you are an architect of frequency. With awareness, you choose what lives with you, what vibrates beside you, what influences the field in which you dream, heal, and create.
So ask not only: What do I own?
But rather: What do I allow to remain charged with presence in my sacred field?
What energies have I inherited—and which will I transmute?
What frequencies do I elevate with my attention, my rituals, my reverence?
This is the essence of energetic sovereignty:
A conscious partnership with the vibrational reality that surrounds you.
A dialogue with the invisible.
A silent symphony, conducted by your will.
Every object becomes an ally.
Every moment, a chance to recalibrate the subtle forces that shape your life.
Q: Why do dark or dense energies become attached to people? Are these spirits, or just energy, or energy from other people?
A: Excellent and nuanced question.
In the law of vibration, energetic attachments can take many forms, but they all follow the same fundamental principle: they attach where there is resonance and vulnerability.
Because there is a vibrational match—something in your field resonates with the frequency of the energy, creating an opening.
Dark energies do not attach by chance—they seek resonance. They attach where there is a vibrational match, often triggered by fear, trauma, stress, vulnerability, weakened energetic boundaries, or unresolved emotions. These conditions create low-frequency zones in the biofield that act as entry points for disruptive forces.
Unprocessed trauma or grief
Persistent fear, guilt, shame or anger
Energetic exhaustion or boundary collapse
Unprotected drug use or altered states
Karmic imprints or ancestral burdens
Environmental influences (e.g. haunted, violent or spiritually polluted places)
These low-frequency states act as “hooks” or “magnets” that attract external energies of a similar nature.
What exactly are these attachments?
They can fall into a few categories:
Residual Energy
Emotional or mental energy left over from other people (e.g. after an argument or being in a chaotic environment).
These are not entities, but dense vibrations that remain and attach themselves to the aura or energy field.
Thought Forms and Projections
Created by repeated negative thoughts, beliefs or emotions — yours or others’ (especially if directed at you).
They have structure and can develop a kind of autonomy, feeding on energy to sustain themselves.
Spiritual Entities
Conscious and discarnate intelligences that exist in lower vibrational realms.
Spirits attracted to unresolved pain or chaos.
Energetic Imprints or Karmic Residues
Energies stored in your field from past lives, generational traumas, or old soul contracts.
These do not “turn on” externally—they awaken when triggered by current experiences.
Energy from Others
Particularly empathic or sensitive individuals can “absorb” the energy of others.
If energetic boundaries are weak, this can create confusion, fatigue, or a feeling of “not being yourself.”
Avoiding energetically dangerous areas is not fear—it is wisdom. Protection also means choosing where not to go.
Certain environments—especially spiritually volatile or energetically polluted spaces—carry intense frequencies that can overwhelm even a strong field. In these places, even high-vibrational individuals must exercise discernment.
At its core, mastering vibrational coherence is not just about personal energy—it is about navigating a vibrationally complex world with wisdom. An organic energy field provides natural immunity, but awareness of your surroundings provides complete protection.
Q: How can someone tell if they need to have their energy cleared or moved? Or is there a general level of denseness that we all carry? How can we clear ourselves?
A: Inner Reform: The True Armor of the Soul
Amid the invisible battles we fight in the silence of our being, there is a force that reveals itself as the most powerful protection against negative influences: inner reform. It is not a shield made of steel, nor a barrier erected by fear, but rather a deep and sincere transformation of the soul—a conscious movement toward light and balance.
How do we recognize this inner call that often arrives disguised as suffering, doubt, or confusion?
The answer lies in the sensations that dwell within us: when the heart is torn by repeated imbalance—when sadness insists on dwelling, fear becomes a constant companion, and anguish echoes darkly—the soul, in its wisdom, whispers the need for aid that transcends the material world. It is the call to inner reform, an invitation to self-examination, purification, and inner rebirth.
It is important to understand that we all carry some degree of energetic density, natural over the course of life. This “weight” can accumulate due to stress, unresolved emotions, trauma, and even environmental influences. However, when this density becomes too heavy—manifesting as mental or emotional exhaustion, confusion, or a feeling of being “out of alignment”—it is a clear sign that we need to clear and move our energy. It is a call to conscious action in favor of our balance.
Recognizing this need is itself an act of courage and humility. It is admitting that, despite our will and efforts, there is something deeper to be worked on—something that only inner transformation can achieve. The wounded soul needs to rediscover its harmony, its original essence—that divine spark that vibrates within every human being.
Inner reform guides us along paths of forgiveness, love, patience, and renunciation. It breaks the invisible chains that bind us to fears, resentments, and addictions. In this process, it strengthens our connection with the divine and raises our spiritual vibration, naturally making us immune to dense influences that once shook us.
In daily life, we can assist this transformation through practices that clear and move energy: meditation, prayer, sincere self-reflection, exercises of forgiveness, return to nature and habits that promote inner peace. These actions, when regular and conscious, are tools that facilitate inner reform, clearing our energetic field and restoring vital flow.
Thus, the true armor against the shadows of the world is not external resistance but the light we kindle within ourselves. And this light is born from inner reform, which is the sacred art of transforming the human heart, making it a temple of peace, strength, and lasting protection.
When we learn to listen to this inner call and embrace the path of reform, we find not only healing for the pains that afflict us but also spiritual protection that makes us invulnerable to the darkness trying to approach. Because, deep down, true strength lies in becoming the very beacon that illuminates the darkness.
Q: Are these energies evil, or does that not really exist? How do you see or understand different levels of lightness, darkness/denseness on the planet?
My Sister,
As we contemplate existence along the vibrational spectrum that stretches from shadow to light, we are invited to transcend binary judgments that label “evil” as a fixed entity or an external enemy. In our comprehension, evil is not an absolute force opposing light, but rather a transitory state of ignorance in relation to the eternal laws of Love and Wisdom.
In the Spiritism Doctrine, we are taught to regard these intelligences with compassion and lucidity—not as enemies to be fought, but as brothers and sisters who, even unconsciously, are crying out for healing, reconnection, and meaning. Obsession, attachment, the presence of disturbing forces in our energetic field—these are not punishments. They are vibrational mirrors, revealing aspects of ourselves that still resonate with imbalance and, therefore, calling us to the path of inner transformation as a way to liberation.
To call these spirits “evil” would be to deny them the possibility of regeneration, though the path may be long, and at times, painful.
True darkness, then, is not in the other—but in the temporary forgetting of our luminous origin. And true light is not the absence of shadow, but the awareness that we are made to transcend.
May we, then, cultivate a gaze that is both firm and loving. May our vigilance be lucid, and our charity silently active. For when we stop fearing the shadow and learn to understand it, we become true beacons—not only for ourselves, but also for those who still walk along the edges of the light.
Q: Many people are are scared—what are other things we can do to keep ourselves "safe"?
A: Fear is a natural response to the unknown—but in the realm of spiritual and energetic realities, fear is not protection; it is a portal. It lowers our vibration, weakens our auric boundaries, and can actually invite more of the very energies we seek to avoid.
Instead of fear, the appropriate response is awareness and responsibility. Yes, we should be concerned—not in the sense of panic, but in the sense of vigilance and self-care. Just as we tend to our physical hygiene and health, we must also tend to our energetic and moral hygiene.
How can we keep ourselves truly safe?
Reform Your Inner World: The greatest shield is a purified heart. The more we align with love, honesty, humility, and service, the more we naturally repel lower vibrational energies. Darkness cannot cling to what shines from within.
Cultivate High Vibrations: Practices such as prayer, meditation, gratitude, honest self-reflection, and acts of kindness raise your energetic frequency and reinforce your spiritual immunity.
Watch Your Thoughts and Emotions: Obsessive thought patterns, envy, anger, or fear open small cracks in our field. Vigilance is about mastery over the inner dialogue.
Set Boundaries: Just as we choose who enters our physical home, we must be intentional about the spaces we enter, the media we consume, and the people we align with energetically.
Avoid Spiritually Dangerous Situations: Environments of heavy drug use, emotional chaos, or violence often carry an energetic charge. Avoidance here is not judgment— it is discernment.
Seek Spiritual and Therapeutic Support: When you feel persistently unwell, drained, or "not yourself," it's wise to seek guidance.
Practice Charity and Forgiveness: These two virtues dismantle obsession and liberate both you and those connected to you. True safety is a state of consciousness, not a place.
In short, do not be afraid—be awake. Just as we do not fear illness but take care to build a healthy immune system, so too must we build a resilient soul.
Safety does not come from avoidance, but from coherence. When we live in alignment with divine laws, we become the light, and the light knows no fear.
Q: We've talked a lot about group work, and how the energy of a group can be more transformational than one-on-one work. Can you say more?
A: Imagine a single candle in a dark room. Now imagine dozens, hundreds, even thousands of candles lit together—their flames dancing, intertwining, merging into a luminous force capable of filling the entire space with warmth, light, and life.
This is the transformative power of collective energy.
When people come together with a shared intention, something extraordinary happens. Individual energies do not add up—they multiply exponentially, generating a quantum leap in vibration that transcends the ordinary. Energy fields intertwine, frequencies harmonize, and the invisible threads that connect us become an impenetrable vibrational web, capable of creating a powerful network of healing, insight, and inner renewal.
From this perspective, the collective field also becomes an expanded portal for the work of benevolent spirits, attracted by authentic efforts of fraternity, learning, and moral elevation. When multiple consciousnesses align in harmony, their forces are amplified, increasing the effectiveness of any transformation.
This is one of the major goals of this new phase of our work: to bring the power of groups to collective treatment, a connected and integrated experience that transcends the individual. It is an opportunity to expand our reach, acting not only at the vibrational level, but also in the educational field, sharing teachings and knowledge that promote growth and liberation.
Whether in groups, events, or retreats, we create spaces where energy is no longer isolated—it is alive, multiplied and elevated, creating a true cosmic symphony. Each soul plays its own unique note, but together these notes compose a melody capable of altering realities, awakening deep truths, and restoring the soul on an amplified scale.
Thus, we understand that genuine transformation does not occur in the solitude of the individual, but in the communion of the collective—where the light, previously dim and individual, becomes a radiant beacon that guides and illuminates an entire constellation of seekers on the path of evolution.
Today, our work still takes place on an individual level, in person, and through remote support for large groups. However, our vision transcends these limits. We aspire to build, together, a sacred sense of belonging and unity—a vibrational and spiritual refuge in times when isolation and disorientation threaten to obscure the essence of being.
In the end, we are not merely isolated individuals, but inseparable parts of a greater whole .
We are the whole remembering itself through each other.

Wow! This is the most beautifully Light charged article I have read in a long time! It is a guidepost of wisdom and transformation.
Thank you for sharing✨
These teachings can and will bring Light to all who choose to integrate these devotional practices. I am grateful to be a recipient of these words🙏🏼
Reading this was such a gift!
For a couple of years now I have left Beautiful Chorus playing in my house all day whether anyone is home or not. I (half jokingly) said I was encoding it into our air. I will put different songs on repeat if I need that message drilled in deeper. Currently it's "Inner peace." Highly recommend :)
