This is a gift. Heartfelt thanks to you, Elise, and Carla for bringing such a comprehensive teaching through your Substack. While I'm familiar with many of the timeless concepts, the beauty and clarity of Carla's expression is beyond - it is an energy transmission as much as a written piece.
For a couple of years now I have left Beautiful Chorus playing in my house all day whether anyone is home or not. I (half jokingly) said I was encoding it into our air. I will put different songs on repeat if I need that message drilled in deeper. Currently it's "Inner peace." Highly recommend :)
This is an incredibly generous gift that resonates very deeply. I am looking forward to reading it over again as there is so much to consider, but this all makes so much sense. Thank you both for this dialogue, with much gratitude.
As a result of reading, "The Law of Resonance," I have made an exercise of looking at the items in my home and assessing how I feel about each one. I have never been a hoarder or a collector of material things as result of a trend or just for the sake of keeping things. I clean my closet and house regularly of items no longer needed. However, now I am looking at each item and asking myself how that particular item makes me feel and the reason why I am keeping it. I know that when I come across some items, they make my mind and spirit go somewhere—some feelings make me feel good, happy. Others take my mind to a difficult time in my life but I have told myself that I am attached to that time and item and should keep them for that reason. The last few days I have let go of bags full of items that no longer make me feel good, or never made me feel good. For some, I have thanked them for being in my life and now I was letting go. There has been a freeing of spirit in me in that action. This exercise will be performed over and over again over the weeks and months. There have been some items that I know will go, but it's going to take a bit more coming to terms with the emotions behind keeping them before I let them go. For those who have not done so, I highly recommend looking at items in your home and asking yourself how they make you feel.
Carla is able to clearly speak to what I have intuitively known, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her words, her validation of this unseen reality. Thank you for introducing this healing teacher to me, Elise.
Thank you so much for sharing this Elise! Wow what an incredible read, I learnt so much. I've just re-read and am sure I'll keep going back to. Thank you Carla for sharing your wisdom with us. I would love to hear Carla on the podcast. Keep feeding us Elise, we are so grateful!
